We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Dive Team Leader to manage and lead our diving activities at our Channel site in Electrona.
This full-time position involves maintaining diving equipment and ensuring safety and efficiency in all diving operations.
You'll oversee a skilled team and receive a dive allowance of $104 per dive day.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead daily diving activities
Maintain diving equipment
Ensure safety and efficiency in dive operations
Your Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of aquaculture diving experience
Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification (or equivalent)
Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m minimum) or equivalent
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
Other Attributes:
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about your work
Reliable and supportive team player
Robust commitment to safety for yourself and your crew
The ability to coach and develop new divers
