We're looking for a friendly, reliableFemale Support Workerto join the SNG Healthcare team, supporting an NDIS participant based in Greenwood, Perth.
This role involves supporting a Father who is dedicated to his two young children and is seeking assistance with daily living tasks.
The goal of this support is to help him maintain his independence while creating more meaningful time to spend with his family.
This is a rewarding prospect for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys making a genuine difference in someone's everyday life.
Hours & Work
Morning: 7:30 am – 9:30 am
Afternoon: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
These shifts are provided every day, including weekends, with rosters arranged in consultation with the successful applicant

as requested by the Participant, must Drive, This role is ideal for someone who prefers shorter, regular shifts rather than long shifts.

First Aid & CPR
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
