SRG Global is seeking experiencedMechanical Fittersfor ongoing shutdowns mostly in Kwinana with the occasional FIFO shutdown within the Soutwest Region, with the opportunity for versatile involvement in multiple periodic shutdowns on the strip and peel.
This casual role will see you engaged on periodic campaign maintenance, grouped/batched maintenance programs, as well as completing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
This role provides daily maintenance and service of Fixed Plant Equipment.

The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a Mechanical Fitter Role.
Hands‐on experience servicing and maintaining heavy plant and industrial equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults
Experience in fitting, assembling, and aligning mechanical components
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Basic knowledge of lubricants and lubrication techniques
What You Need:
Trade Certificate – Cert III Mechanical/Engineering Trade (with experience in rollers and rotating equipment)




Working at Heights & Confined Space (Within 2 years).
Pass a pre‐employment medical.
Hold a current driver's license.
