As a Supervisor, you'll take ownership of site-based operations, leading from the front to ensure quality builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractorsManage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first cultureEnsure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelinesTrack project costs and adhere to strict budgetsLiaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handoverReport to senior management on progress, risks,



and variationsDeliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where requiredDrive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards

Ideal Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor delivering domestic projects to completionBuilding work contractor's licence is essentialKnowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishesStrong problem-solving skills and initiativeAbility to manage multiple projects & priorities while maintaining quality and control
