About this Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role is a great opportunity for an individual looking to build on their customer service experience, develop new skills and contribute to delivering reliable service to customers in the civil and industrial sector.
We have offices in Adelaide (SA), Brisbane (QLD), and Melbourne (VIC), and this role can be based in any of these locations.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible for:
Assisting with technical sales enquiries involving prices, stock availability, outstanding orders, credit requests and any related quality issues
Processing of sales orders and data entry in a timely manner




Answering customers telephone enquiries
Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationship with customers
Responding to customer enquiries for stock or technical information in a timely manner
Liaising with product experts and other internal departments to find solutions to enquiries
Prompt processing and management of export orders
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in a customer service role or similar, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creating accurate written documents
Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail
A willingness to learn, grow, and develop recent skills
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and offer practical solutions to existing process
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous
Experience on a technical product category is advantageous
