About the Role
We're looking for aRecruitment & Scheduling Coordinatorto join our Gawler team on-site, 4 days per week.
This role is just as much about fostering our culture as it is about filling rosters with an enthusiastic caregiving team, so we're looking for someone who will bring our values to life in everything they do.
This is a fast paced, people first role with two core focuses: building and onboarding a passionate care team, and ensuring our clients receive seamless, premium home care through smart scheduling:
Recruitment
Take ownership of building our care giving team:
Drive continuous, rolling end-to-end recruitment: post job advertisements, source, screen, interview, reference check and hire passionate caregivers and nurses, maintaining a strong and talented pipeline.
Coordinate all onboarding administration including documentation, employment contracts and system setup, and host our Discovery Day to warmly welcome new care team members.
Maintain accurate employee records including qualification checks and training logs to meet NDIS and Aged Care compliance requirements.
Monitor expiring documents and follow up with care team members to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness.
Scheduling




Work closely with our part time scheduler to:
Collect staff availability and keep our scheduling system current and accurate.
Assist with care team scheduling including shift offers, assignments, changes and cancellations.
Assist Clinical Lead to match caregivers with clients for the perfect fit.
Liaise with clients regarding visit schedules, changes and questions.
Proactively manage vacant visits and fill shifts quickly due to cancellations or sick leave to ensure zero cancellations due to staffing gaps.

About You
Experience recruiting in a high-volume,



quick-paced environment is essential (healthcare, aged care or community services background is highly regarded).
2+ years experience in a similar HR, recruitment or people-focused role.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field is ideal (emerging HR professionals highly encouraged to apply).
High computer literacy across multiple systems is essential, and you will be highly proficient in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
Confident and professional mannerism on the phone, excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detaill.
A genuine passion for aged care, disability support or community services.
Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Australian work rights
