LJ Hooker Commercial Southern Gold Coast is looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside an established and experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent, gaining hands on exposure to every aspect of commercial real estate while developing the skills and knowledge to build your own successful career.
You'll also work within a collaborative commercial business supported by one of the region's highest performing Property Management teams, giving you access to an established client base, quality systems and ongoing referral opportunities.
About the Role
Working closely with an experienced Commercial Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the listing, marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
Attending property inspections, appraisals and client meetings.
Prospecting for new business opportunities and building client relationships.
Preparing proposals, submissions, agency agreements and marketing campaigns.
Coordinating property marketing, database management and CRM activities.
Assisting with negotiations, lease documentation and sales campaigns.
Working collaboratively with our Commercial Property Management team to provide exceptional client service.
Learning every aspect of commercial sales and leasing with the opportunity to progress into an independent agent role.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a sales role, with a genuine passion for building relationships and generating current business.
Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not essential.
Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from experienced industry professionals.
High levels of professionalism, initiative and attention to detail.
Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or ability to obtain).
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
