About the Role
As a Desktop Repair Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential roof repair projects across Australia.
You will ensure that your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.
This role utilises technology and inspectors to assist in managing repairs remotely from our Head Office on the Gold Coast.
You don't need to come from a hands-on building background.
If you have experience in coordination, scheduling, insurance, property,



or operations and enjoy managing multiple moving parts, this role can be a great fit.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to);
Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your insurance repair portfolio
Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards

What you will bring:
Experience in supervising domestic and commercial repairs.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, even with conflicting priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Customer-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Bonus points if you have:
A Cert IV in Building & Construction or a Site Supervisor's certificate.
Prior experience in the insurance repair industry.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and Australian standards.
