Haliden Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing team.
That can confidently solve problems on-site while delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
This is not a repetitive construction role.

About the Role
Working across residential properties throughout Melbourne CBD, Northern, Southeastern and Eastern suburbs, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair works, including, but not limited to:
General carpentry repairs and maintenance
Framing and structural repairs
Insurance and restoration work
Minor plastering, painting, and finishing works
Identifying defects and recommending practical repair solutions
Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
You'll be trusted to manage your day, assess site conditions, solve problems, and deliver quality workmanship while being supported by an experienced management team.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification in Carpentry
Experience in residential maintenance or domestic construction.
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Current driver's licence
Your own hand tools
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team and manage your time effectively
Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
Professional presentation and communication skills
