The Role
Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Create a welcoming, engaging and consultative shopping environment.
Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the concession, ensuring operational excellence.
Drive sales through product knowledge, customer engagement and premium service.
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and stock presentation.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment and store standards.
Identify opportunities to grow sales and maximise concession performance.
Build robust relationships with both customers and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Previous leadership experience as a Store Manager, Concession Manager or Assistant Store Manager within retail.
A genuine passion for delivering personalised, consultative customer service.
A bubbly and proactive leadership style with the confidence to take ownership of your concession.




Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent operational skills.
Someone who leads from the front and motivates their team to achieve results.
Commercially minded with the initiative to maximise every sales opportunity, even during quieter periods.
A real 'foodie' with a love of cooking, premium cookware or homewares would be highly regarded.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
