R & R is seeking a talentedSolicitorto join our legal team in Southport QLD.

As a Solicitor, you will provide comprehensive legal services across a broad range of practice areas, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality advice and representation.
Key responsibilities
Provide legal advice and services to clients across multiple practice areas, including commercial law, property law, litigation, and general matters
Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and commercial agreements on behalf of clients
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advice
Manage client relationships professionally and maintain clear communication throughout legal matters
Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and other court documents as required
Attend meetings and negotiations with clients, opposing parties and other stakeholders
Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal resources and templates
Support compliance with legislative requirements and professional obligations
Assist with business development and client relationship management activities
What we're looking for
Admission to practice as a Solicitor
Between 2-5 years of post-admission experience in a law firm workplace
Strong knowledge of general legal practice areas, with the ability to work across multiple disciplines
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice
Proficiency in legal research, case management and document drafting
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Professional with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships




Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal work
Experience with legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office applications
A collaborative approach to working within a team environment
Preferred: experience in commercial contracting, conveyancing, property law or litigation matters
