OurCarer Servicesdirectorate is seeking expressions of interest for an experiencedSocial WorkerorProfessional Officer(Case Manager) to join the team as aSupervisor – Placement Services.This is a part-time role working three days per week based in theAdelaide CBD.
This position offers the prospect to lead practice, develop people and strengthen partnerships that support high-quality placement services.
You will bring your leadership experience to support staff and contribute to better outcomes for children, young people, carers and families.
This is asingle vacancy offered under a dual classification, meaning it may be filled by either an experienced, qualified Social Worker (AHP3) or Skilled Officer (PO3) depending on the qualification and suitability of the successful applicant.
In this role, you will:
Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally responsive placement services
Oversee placement decisions that prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children and young people




Build partnerships with carers, colleagues and service providers to support children and families
Provide practice leadership, guidance and support to staff
Contribute to service improvements and initiatives that enhance outcomes across the Department.
