We're looking for an experiencedBarista / Front of House Team Memberto join our busy, friendly café, with the opportunity to grow into aSupervisorrole.
We're after someone who doesn't just make great coffee—they genuinely enjoy making people's day.
What we're looking for:
Previous barista experience with confidence on a busy coffee machine.
A bubbly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with customers.
A positive team player who leads by example.
Reliable, punctual and well organised.
Someone who takes initiative, enjoys responsibility, and is eager to grow into a leadership position.
Pride in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient café.
Availability
This position requires:
Regular weekend availability(essential).
One to two weekday shifts, depending on your availability.
The role:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.




Delivering exceptional customer service.
Taking orders and processing payments.
Supporting the team during busy service.
Opening and/or closing the café.
Learning supervisory responsibilities with the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role.
