About the Role As the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and trades, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a quality residential portfolio from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of a portfolio of approximately 80 local residential properties
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
Delivering exceptional customer service and communication
Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
Managing tenancy matters in accordance with Queensland legislation
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
Providing proactive solutions while delivering a high level of service to clients
About YouPrevious experience iof over 6 years in residential property management
Strong understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
