About the Role
Are you a skilled and reliable Pick Packer looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a reputable business?
OurHardings Mitre 10 Nerangsite is seeking a dedicated team member to join our warehouse operations team.
This role offers a consistent38-hour work week, Monday to Friday.You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately while delivering great service and working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service, representingHardings Mitre 10in a professional manner
Accuratelypick, pack, and prepare ordersfor dispatch, ensuring correct quantities and product quality
Safelyload and unload trucks, using forklifts and manual handling where required
Maintain aclean, safe, and organised warehouse, in line with WHS standards
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
About You
Current Forklift Licence– essential
Previous experience inpicking and packing, ideally within a warehouse, trade, or building supplies environment (highly regarded)
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in afast-paced environment




Physically fit and capable ofmanual handling(including heavy lifting)
Confident working in active environments and followingsite safety requirements
Areliable, team-focused attitudewith a proactive approach
Truck Licence - highly desirable
