We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedCasual Food Safety Trainer & Assessorto facilitate ourFood Safety Supervisortraining courses on aweekly or fortnightly basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food safety and enjoys sharing their knowledge with learners in a supportive and interactive environment.
About the Role
As our Casual Food Safety Trainer & Assessor, you will:
Facilitate engaging Food Safety Supervisor training sessions from our Bibra Lake Campus.
Deliver training and assessment for:
SITXFSA005 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
SITXFSA006 – Participate in safe food handling practices
Assess learner competency in accordance with training package and RTO requirements.
Maintain accurate assessment and attendance records.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ensure all training is delivered in line with Standards for RTOs and organisational policies.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must hold:
TAE***** - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment




SITXFSA005 - Use hygienic practices for food safety.
SITXFSA006 - Participate in safe food handling practices.
Demonstrated industry experience within the hospitality or retail food services sector.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
A passion for developing learners and supporting their success.
Desirable
Previous experience delivering nationally recognised Food Safety Supervisor training.
Experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Current knowledge of food safety legislation and best practice.
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
