We're looking for exceptional Reformer Pilates Instructors who are passionate about movement, coaching and delivering premium member experiences.
This isn't just another teaching role.
It's an opportunity to become part of a team that is redefining boutique wellness within a premium health club environment.
About the Role
You'll deliver engaging, technically excellent Reformer Pilates classes that cater for a range of abilities while creating an atmosphere that keeps members coming back week after week.
You'll inspire, educate and motivate members through exceptional coaching, whilst contributing to the growth of one of Australia's most exciting Premium Wellness offerings.
What You'll Be Delivering
Premium Reformer Pilates classes for up to 20 participants
Safe, progressive programming suitable for beginners through to advanced members
Outstanding coaching, cueing and technique correction
Exceptional member engagement before, during and after every class
A luxury member experience that exceeds expectations
Professional studio presentation and equipment standards

Essential Qualifications
Recognised Reformer Pilates Qualification
Current First Aid & CPR
Public Liability Insurance (where applicable)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Previous group fitness or Reformer teaching experience preferred
