This is an immediate start position
The Kirra Beach Surf Club is seeking the skills of an experienced cook or chef.
In return we can offer a friendly workplace right on the beach and above award hourly rate based on experience.
Responsibilities will include:
• preparing our menu item according to recipe
• meeting hygiene and food safety standards




• ensuring the effective & effective use of products & ingredients
• maintaining a well organised kitchen from preparation to cooking to cleaning
We are looking for a genuine and decent person who:
• can produce consistently good quality meals under pressure
• fluent English - spoken, reading and writing
• at least 2 years experience working in a busy bistro style kitchen
• excellent food knowledge and willing to learn from our experienced team of chefs
• is available to work weekends/split shifts
• an Australian resident/citizen
