Tumbulgum Tavern is on the lookout for a Chef to join our team — with the exciting opportunity to help shape abrand new kitchen, currently under construction!
What we're looking for:
✅ Trade-qualified Chef (or Demi Chef working towards qualification)
✅ Solid experience in a busy pub/tavern kitchen
✅ Confident with pub classics and contemporary bistro-style menus
✅ Ability to work efficiently under pressure during service
✅ Food safety certification
✅ Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their section
What you'll do:
? Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent, high standard




? Manage your section during busy service periods
? Assist with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
? Be part of setting up and running our new state-of-the-art kitchen
? Work alongside our team to deliver great food, every time
