Location:Alice Springs
Employment Type:Full-time, 38 hours per week

About the Role
You will:
Coordinate and maintain workforce rosters.
Manage leave coverage and roster changes.
Monitor workforce utilisation and staffing requirements.
Coordinate mandatory training and compliance records.
Maintain workforce data and prepare reports.
What We're Looking For
Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration
Strong organisational and communication skills




Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce systems
A collaborative, solution-focused approach
Relevant clearances and licenses required for the disability sector
