We are currently seeking an organised and customer‐focusedService Coordinatorto join our team and support the coordination of site services, technicians, and client requirements.
About the Role
As the Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services by coordinating labour, materials, schedules and customer communication.
You will be the key link between customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders, helping to maintain REMA TIP TOP's high standards of safety, quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service crews and technicians across multiple sites
Liaise with customers to confirm job requirements, timing and site readiness
Prepare job documentation, purchase orders, service reports and timesheets
Ensure materials, tooling and equipment are available for scheduled works
Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or logistical issues
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and job tracking tools
Support invoicing, job close‐out and cost control processes
Ensure all works comply with safety, quality and company procedures
Provide general administrative support to the branch and service teams
About You




You are a proactive and well‐organised professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.
You will ideally have:
Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Administration or similar role
Background in industrial, construction, mining or maintenance environments (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal ERP/job management systems
A strong focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
