The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our Southern Community and support our participants.
We are looking for individuals with a passion in cooking, movies, dancing and providing quality support to promote independence!
Your Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be the HEART of our mission, empowering participants to live their best lives.
You'll provide adaptable, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
Shifts are available across AM, PM, and nights, with travel required to various sites in Adelaide

Facilitate daily activities and skill-building programs
What We're Looking For
Passionate, flexible, and caring individuals
Experience in disability or health care sectors
Experience supporting people in SIL/SDA with physical & intellectual disabilities
Experience working in Mental Health sector / qualified in mental health
Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex challenging behaviours
Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate IV in Disability, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling
Reliable car and current license/insurance
Excellent communication skills
