We're looking for ahigh-energy, people-focused Chiropractic Assistantwho loves systems and connection — someone who can confidently manage patient flow at the front desk while also owning patient relationships, accounts, and follow-ups.
This role is for aCheck-In (CICA), making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being central to the heartbeat of a thriving clinic.
? About the Role
You'll be the timekeeper, communicator, and relationship-builder of the practice.
On any given shift, you'll:
Ensure smooth patient flow and on-time appointments
Create an exceptional first and last impression for every patient
Support patient compliance and help them stay on track with care
Work closely with the chiropractic team to keep the clinic running seamlessly
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role with real responsibility and growth.
? Key Responsibilities
Patient Flow & Experience (Check-In Focus)
Be ready and prepared for incoming patients at all times
Manage appointment flow, OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments), and compliance
Set clear expectations for visits (scans,



consults, reports, exams, x-rays)
Act as the timekeeper of the office, supporting smooth transitions between appointments
Assist with incoming calls when needed
Build long-term patient relationships rooted in trust and clarity
? Extra Responsibilities & Team Involvement
Monday Team Meeting & Team Training:*****am – 12pm

Regular weekly shifts include:
Tuesday:2:15pm – 6:45pm
Wednesday:2:15pm-6:45pm
Thursday:7:00am – 11:15am & 2:15pm – 6:45pm
