This is a unique role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.
As ourMarketing Account Manager, you'll become the central point of communication between our owners, venue managers, marketing agency, suppliers and community partners, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and our brands continue to grow.
No two days are the same.
One day you could be coordinating a new campaign, the next organising a collaboration, responding to guest feedback, planning an event or working alongside our leadership team on new initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day marketing and communications across the Gemelli Group.
Act as the key contact between our business and our external marketing agency.
Coordinate campaigns, promotions and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, community partners and collaborators.
Assist in planning and delivering events, activations and partnerships across our venues.
Review and approve social media content, marketing collateral and promotional material.
Keep projects organised by managing timelines, priorities and communication between departments.




Support venue managers with marketing requests and promotional opportunities.
Help identify new ideas to strengthen the Gemelli brand and grow customer engagement.
Provide administrative support across marketing, communications and business projects when required.
About You
1–4 years' experience in account management, marketing, communications, hospitality or a similar role.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people.
Creative, energetic and full of ideas.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Passionate about hospitality, food and creating memorable guest experiences.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
Experience with social media and digital marketing is highly regarded.
Hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
Current driver's licence and own vehicle required (fuel allowance provided).
Able to travel between our Brisbane venues when required.
