Join The Star Brisbane as an Electronic Gaming Host and create memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and genuine engagement.
In this dynamic role, you'll assist guests with electronic gaming products, promote our rewards program and entertainment offerings, and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visitation.
You'll be an ambassador for The Star brand, providing expert property knowledge, supporting gaming operations, and ensuring all activities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming practices.

What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest service, customer service, or hospitality-focused role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
Previous exposure to a hospitality, gaming, or entertainment setting is highly regarded.
Experience working in a TAB environment is highly desirable
A proactive and guest-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver memorable experiences.
