We are looking for a motivated and reliableMetal Polisherto join our growing production team.
About the Role
This hands-on role is responsible for preparing, sanding, polishing and finishing aluminium bullbars and bumpers to a high-quality mirror finish.
Working as part of our production team, you will use a range of hand-held tools and polishing equipment to ensure every product meets AJs quality standards before being dispatched to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sand and prepare aluminium bullbars and bumpers for polishing.
Polish aluminium products to a high-quality mirror finish.
Operate hand-held grinders, polishers and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Remove scratches, marks and imperfections from aluminium surfaces.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage during the finishing process.
Follow production schedules to ensure daily targets are achieved.
Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety procedures.




Work collaboratively with the fabrication and fitting teams.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience polishing aluminium or stainless steel (preferred but not essential).
Experience using grinders, polishers and other hand tools.
Excellent attention to detail.
Pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills.
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active role and applicants must be able to:
Lift and carry items weighing up to25 kg.
Stand for extended periods.
Perform repetitive manual tasks.
Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence.
Own reliable transport.
