About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
No two days are the same—you will spend your time visiting customers, maintaining equipment, conducting stocktakes, generating orders and providing solutions that genuinely make a difference to your clients.
This is a field-based role, so you will enjoy getting out on the road,



meeting customers face-to-face and building lasting relationships.
Regional travel is required, along with regular phone and video meetings to stay connected with your clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Service customer sites by maintaining equipment, conducting stocktakes, generating orders and preparing reports.
Understand each customer's business and identify opportunities to improve their outcomes through our products and services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and cold calling.
Grow existing accounts by introducing current products and services.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and timely resolution of any issues.
Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts to secure new business and renew existing agreements.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
About You
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
Experience in Account Management or Sales is preferred, but it is not essential.

Experience or knowledge within the chemical industry is an advantage, but not essential.
