Simply reach out to warm, existing contacts, reconnect, understand where they're at, and hand them over to our specialist broker team.
What You'll Earn
Competitive Base: Up to $65,000 + Super + quarterly salary reviews + uncapped commissions
Commissions from Day 1: Earn while you learn!
Top performers consistently reaching OTE $130,000+.
What the Role Looks Like
You'll be joining a supportive, energetic Brisbane CBD team focusing on high-quality, warm lead generation:
Connect with Warm Leads: Call customers who have previously engaged with Compare Club and asked to be contacted.
Build Trust & Qualify: Use active listening and communication skills to see how we can assist them today.
Seamless Transfers: Pass qualified leads to our specialist brokers.
You aren't closing complex deals - you are opening doors.
Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday standard business hours.
Optional Saturday shifts are available if you want to boost your earnings, but they are never compulsory.
