Rohde Egg Co. is a proudly South Australian, family-owned food and farming business with a solid reputation for quality products, reliable service and genuine relationships with our customers.
We have been producing free range eggs since ****, across three generations and are passionate about continuing to grow our business and people into the future.
Rohde Egg Co. consists of two free range egg laying farms, the original at Tarlee, housing 130,000 chickens, a second at Blewitt Springs, housing 45,000 chickens, one rearing farm as a joint venture with a family at Linwood, an office and warehouse at Thebarton and our main office and grading facility at Tarlee.
Over recent years our family business has grown through new business ventures and extensions from existing operations.
In May ****, the family acquired a neighbouring business in Tarlee, Four Leaf Milling as a part of the plan to strategically diversify when opportunities present themselves.
This additional growth is extremely exciting for various reasons, one being the ability to grow our existing team.
We're looking for a passionate, creative thinking and motivated individual to join our team as Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to grown our brand, share our story and engage with our consumers.
This position is a flexible working arrangement and we can work with the successful applicant to create a routine that is suitable for both parties.
About the Role
Duties and responsibilities include but limited to:
Marketing Plan - development and implement a detailed Marketing Plan within the allocated budget.
Content Capturing - create and capture engaging content including photography, video, reels, graphics and written copy.
Content Creation - aligning with overall strategy, create content across all channels i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Marketing Campaigns - coordinate campaigns, promotions, competition,



product launches, collaborations and community activities.
Marketing Materials - develop and execute marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, signage, in-store materials, presentations and point-of-sale displays.
Branding & Messaging - create and maintain consistent messaging and visual presentation that aligns with the overall business objective.
Website (Under Construction) - update content and coordinate email marketing and other customer communications.
Social Media Management - monitor comments, messages and other activity across all channels.
Supplier Engagement & Relationship - liaise and work with graphic designers, printers, photographers, media and other external suppliers.
Marketing Assets - maintain an organised library of marketing assets and provide general marketing and communication support across the business.
Reporting - provide routine reporting to management on campaign performance, engagement and growth.
About You
Previous experience in marketing, social media, communications or content creation.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Confidence creating social media content, including photos, videos, reels, graphics and captions.
Experience using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva and Meta Business Suite.
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of consistent branding.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to capture content across farms, production facilities, retail locations and events.
The ability to work independently while building positive relationships with employees, suppliers and external partners.
