ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we are seeking reliable Assembly Workers to join a busy and safety-focused production team.
This hands-on role involves assembling metal products and components, working to job sheets and production targets in a structured manufacturing environment.
You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to quality outcomes and efficient daily operations.

Stable Monday to Friday hours – no weekend work
Choice of Day (5.45am-3.15pm) or Night (3.45pm-1.15am)

DUTIES
Assemble metal products and components to job specifications
Use hand and air tools safely and effectively
Read and follow job sheets and build instructions
Pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch
Complete quality checks on finished products
Work safely to achieve daily production targets
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous factory or manufacturing experience
Confident using hand and power tools
Strong work ethic with ability to commit to full-time hours
Reliable and team-focused attitude
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
