You'll work alongside experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Social Workers who regularly collaborate to achieve the best outcomes for participants.
With fortnightly peer supervision, regular multidisciplinary collaboration and approachable senior clinicians, you'll never feel like you're managing your caseload alone.

The Opportunity
This role offers a varied community and clinic-based caseload across both paediatric and adult participants.
You'll Have The Opportunity To Support Clients With
Speech and language
Social communication
Literacy
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
Mealtime management and swallowing
Functional communication
Neurodevelopmental and disability presentations

giving you the opportunity to broaden your skills while developing areas of clinical interest.
Develop Your Feeding Skills
One of the unique opportunities within this team is access to mentoring from a Speech Pathologist with experience in feeding and mealtime management.
Whether you already have feeding experience or are looking to build your confidence in this area, you'll have opportunities to develop your knowledge through collaboration, mentoring and shared clinical practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians wanting to expand their scope while being well supported.
What Your Week Could Look Like
Every week is different.
You Might Be
Delivering therapy in clinic, homes, schools or the community
Supporting children with communication and language development
Working with adults to improve functional communication and swallowing outcomes
Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists on shared participants
Participating in peer supervision and multidisciplinary case discussions
Learning new skills alongside experienced clinicians
You'll have the flexibility to manage your own diary while remaining connected to a supportive team.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.
You'll Have
Degree in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
A collaborative, person-centred approach
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
