About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the centre of a fast-scaling infrastructure business, working as a trusted right hand to CEO and the wider executive leadership team.
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager is a broad, high-impact role spanning executive support, office management, HR coordination, Board and investor support, and business operations.
You'll be the glue that holds the executive office together, managing complex calendars and travel, preparing Board packs and briefing materials, coordinating investor and stakeholder interactions, and ensuring the office runs like clockwork day to day.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar, travel, and correspondence management
Coordinating Board and committee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, and action registers
Supporting interactions with private equity investors, lenders, and advisors
Overseeing office operations, facilities, vendors, and procurement
Coordinating onboarding/offboarding, employment documentation, and broader HR administration
Organising company events,
offsites, and culture initiatives
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims in partnership with finance
Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
About You
You're an experienced Executive Assistant or Office Manager who thrives on variety and pace.
You'll bring:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, or similar role
Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally CEOs or Boards
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong written and verbal communication
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement handling confidential information
A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Prior exposure to private equity-backed, technology, infrastructure, or qualified services businesses, along with experience in Board governance or investor communications, will be highly regarded.
