With growing demand for our products, we're looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Store Workers to join our team.
The Role
We're seeking reliable and energetic team members to help pick and pack online and wholesale orders from our warehouse.
You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team helping customers and retail partners to receive their MooGoo products quickly and correctly.
This is a CASUAL position –Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pm
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets
Ensure accurate picking of stock
Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport
Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes
Label packages accurately with shipping information
Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs
Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in place to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area.
Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stock take
Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadline
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
What We're Looking For:
Valid forklift license and experience is an advantage but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Previous warehouse or packing experience is a preferred but not essential
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
