Working with industry-leading Volvo Construction Equipment, you'll lead a skilled team of technicians, coordinate workshop operations, and ensure every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the workshop team
Coordinate subcontractors and schedule work effectively
Manage and pre-order parts and materials to minimise downtime
Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet OEM and company standards
Maintain a protected, organised, and productive workshop environment
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication and timely updates
What You'll Bring
Relevant trade qualification and proven industry experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills




Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with HSE requirements
Sound computer literacy
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing parts procurement
