Duties:
Reporting into a Sales & Marketing Director, this is an important role not only to drive sales for the business, but to guide potential buyers through the purchasing journey & support them in deciding on their dream home.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
Identify and gain new business through cold calling, mailing, and following up on referrals/leads
Coordinate, conduct, and participate in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays
Provide leadership and support to sales team members, ensuring a cohesive customer-focused approach and achievement of sales targets including training and ongoing KPI management
Establish relationships with developers to enable land acquisition under access or option arrangements, and assist in appropriate packaging.
Specific Requirements:




We are looking for someone who has experience in selling any form of residential property - Spec Homes, Off-the-plan property or existing homes
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Driver's license (for travelling between sites if needed)
Ideally a White Card (can be completed in one day if needed)
