What you'll be doing
You'll own organic social strategy and growth across all channels — but this is a hands-on content role, not just strategy on a slide deck.
You'll:
Plan, shoot and edit video, reels, stories and posts yourself
Lead content shoots with creators, agencies and internal teams
Use AI tools to speed up and scale content production
Contribute to blogs, landing pages and campaign messaging
Track performance and make data-led calls on what to do more of
About you




3+ years' experience in social media and content management
A real track record building and growing social channels — not just campaigns
Robust analytical skills and comfort making decisions from data
Experience managing production timelines, shoots and stakeholders
CMS experience
Nice to have
Agency, creator or influencer collaboration experience
Acquisition-focused content experience
Confidence using AI content tools
Background in high-content-volume environments (eCommerce, media, publishing)
