The Role
You will work alongside and support a dedicated team to deliver secure, efficient and high-quality oyster production.
You will play an important role in day-to-day operations while contributing to planning, team performance and continuous improvement.
• Support and lead daily oyster farm operations
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
• Assist with planning, workflow coordination and team supervision
• Contribute to operational improvements and efficiency

Essential Criteria
• Currently residing in Australia
• Current Coxswain qualification
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
• Strong work ethic and ability to lead within a team environment
Desirable Criteria
• Experience in aquaculture, marine operations or similar industries
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
