Next Step Surveyingis looking for aSurveyor / Engineering Surveyorto join our growingSunshine Coast Survey team.
This role is not filling a spot vacated by another but joining a team that continues to grow based on demand.
We have been in operation for coming up 2 years and have hadZerostaff turnover during this period - Our staff matter to us and have made us who we are today.
This role offers more than just project delivery.

The Role
Working in our Commercial, Civil and Land Development teams, you'll deliver surveying services across a variety of projects throughout the region.
As our presence grows, and you skillset develops in accordance with our skills matrix there will be opportunities totake on increasing responsibility and involvement in projects and client relationships.
We also recognise that surveyors often enjoy different aspects of the profession, and where possible we aim toalign work with the areas you enjoy and want to develop in.
Projects
You'll be involved in a range of work including:
Civil construction and infrastructure projects
Engineering and construction set-out
Subdivisions and land development
Topographic and site surveys
Responsibilities
Field surveying and project delivery across multiple projects




Working closely with the area lead Surveyors and our broader team
Processing and managing survey data
Supporting project coordination and client outcomes
Contributing ideas that help improve how we work
About You
You may already have solid surveying experience or be looking totake the next step in your career within a growing regional team.

Experience in surveying (engineering, construction, cadastral or similar)
Strong field and/or office capability

Salary & Advantages
$80,000 – $100,000 salary depending on experience
Based on a38-hour work week
Paid overtimefor additional hours worked

This role is based on theSunshine Coast, QLD,working across projects throughout the region.
