About the Role
As part of our management team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while leading, coaching and developing your team.
You'll help create a positive culture, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the restaurant consistently operates to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing team members
Creating a positive, high-performance culture
Delivering outstanding customer service
Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
Assisting with rostering, labour and cost control
Maintaining food safety, WHS and compliance standards
Training and onboarding recent team members
Leading by example during busy service periods
About You




We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in developing people.
You'll ideally have:
Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
A hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A focus on customer service, quality and teamwork
Flexible availability, including weekends
