Position Summary
As a Construction Manager with SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh, you will oversee all aspects of residential and commercial construction and restoration projects while ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
This role is responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and quality standards from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in restoration and reconstruction, and the ability to work effectively with insurance companies, adjusters, and property owners throughout the claims and rebuilding process.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of construction and restoration projectsManage construction teams, subcontractors, and superintendentsEnsure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetMonitor quality control and ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirementsCoordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, and clients throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and maintain accurate project documentation including photos, contracts, estimates, and change ordersUtilize Xactimate and other estimating tools as needed for project estimating and job managementConduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with project teamsMaintain a safe and organized jobsite environmentResolve project issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious construction management experience requiredRestoration and reconstruction experience preferredExperience working with insurance companies, adjusters, and claims processes preferredWorking knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferredPMP certification is a plusStrong organizational, leadership,



and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet production goals while maintaining profitabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and work at varying heights for extended periods of timeExposure to extreme temperatures and outdoor working conditionsExposure to noise levels commonly found on construction jobsitesAbility to lift and move materials as neededAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
