Club Members will support community service projects and events, fundraising initiatives and local projects.
You will attend meetings to share ideas, help plan activities and contribute to decisions that shape the club's direction.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to give back, be part of something bigger or make a difference in the world.
Whether you enjoy hands-on event support, creative ideas, community connection or simply meeting like-minded people, have specialised skills to share, or want to learn new ones, there is a place for you.
Membership of the Lions Club is required (annual membership fee applies; which covers insurances and administration costs) which allows 100% of funds raised from the community to go back into the community - through donations or service projects.

As volunteers, you can commit as much or as little time as you want.
The recent Lions Club will meet twice a month like other Lions Clubs on a chosen evening for 2 hours with online / Zoom facility for those that cannot attend in person.
You will decide on projects that can best benefit your local community, especially those doing it tough and that can involve all family members in something.
** Training **
There will be an information night.
There is orientation training available and other training for those members that wish to become President, Secretary , Treasurer etc.
The club will have a Guiding team there to assist with any requirement during establishment and beyond.
This club will be joining the 90 others in WA, over **** in Australia and approximatly 50,000 club acorss the world - so there is no end of training and learning opportunities for those interested!
