If you are an experiencedSales Training Consultantwith a desire to pick up regular contract training days with a highly reputable business and clients, this could be the role for you!
We're seeking experienced Sales Trainers with strong,hands-on industry backgroundsto support our growing Learning and Development business in the delivery of our quality corporate sales programs (usually 1-2 day workshops).
You will be provided with hands-on training to enable you to deliver ournon-accredited training programsto our large, growing, national client base.
You will play a key role in facilitating engaging, high-quality learning experiences across a variety of client environments, with travel to sites both intra and interstate, as required.
This role is suited to professionals who have genuinely worked at a senior level in sales and who have demonstrated experience in translating these skills into practical, relevant, and engaging training.
Your key responsibilities in your new role will include:
Deliver engaging, non-accredited corporate sales training programs to national client base
Facilitate practical, experience-based workshops and learning sessions
Support participants to apply sales techniques in real-world environments
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery

What you'll need to succeed:
Proven, hands-on experience in sales, working at an executive level (essential)
Demonstrated experience delivering sales training programs
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Willingness and ability to travel within your state and interstate
Ability to work on a contract basis, committing to various 1-2 day workshops throughout the year
