As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Retail Manager to join our team.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to lead the daily running of our busy service station and convenience store.
In this role, you will take ownership of store operations, lead and develop our team, maintain optimal stock levels, and champion a high standard of customer service, all while driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the service station and convenience store
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Coordinate inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and supplier liaison
• Design and roll out sales and promotional initiatives to boost profitability
• Track store budgets, financial performance,



and prepare operational reports
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Manage staff rosters, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures
• Uphold compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policy
• Analyse sales trends to identify and act on opportunities for business growth
Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in a retail management position, ideally within a service station, convenience store, or comparable retail setting
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
• Proven experience with stock control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills
Qualification Requirement
• A Diploma-level qualification or higher in Business, Management, Retail Management, Leadership & Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
