As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Sales Support professional to become an integral part of their WA branch.
Working closely with Account Managers, Operations and the Warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.
This role is based Bibra Lake.
The Role
This is a diverse and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the internal sales function through accurate order processing, quoting and administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing customer quotations and following up outstanding quotes
Managing order updates, backorders and delivery communication
Coordinating customer returns, warranty claims and product exchanges
Maintaining accurate customer and sales information within the ERP/CRM system
Assisting with inventory enquiries and product availability
Preparing freight calculations and landed cost sheets
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Working closely with Sales, Operations and the Warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
As part of a close-knit team,



you'll also be willing to assist with warehouse activities when required, including providing leave cover or helping with urgent customer orders.This is primarily an office-based Sales Support position, however flexibility and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are essential.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Sales Support, Internal Sales or Customer Service professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You'll be someone who is organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
To be successful you'll have:
Proven experience in Sales Support, Internal Sales or Customer Service
Strong order processing, quoting and sales administration experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Experience using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to support the wider team
The flexibility to assist with light warehouse duties when required
Experience within industrial products, manufacturing, wholesale, engineering or trade-related industries will be highly regarded.What's on Offer
