2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Broadbeach QLD Pty Ltd are seeking a passionate , hands on motivated Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen, whilst providing exceptional quality meals and service.
Experience - Minimum 4 years required
Key responsibilities will include-
The day to day running of the kitchen
Ensuring a high standard of meals are always presented in a timely manner
Training and development of the current team or any current members
Ensuring the highest level of hygiene standards are constantly met
Product wastage is kept to a minimum
Managing food costing and preparing seasonal menu changes
Preparing weekly rostering
Salary range $65k - $75k
