The OpportunityThis is a newly created position driven by ahealthy pipeline of upcoming workacross the Geelong and Surf Coast regions.
You'll play a key role in deliveringland development projects, including bothindustrial and residential subdivisions, taking ownership from early planning through to delivery.
The role suits someone who still enjoys technical involvement but is looking to focus more onproject management, coordination, and client interaction.Your Role
Manage projects acrossplanning, design coordination, and delivery
Liaise with clients, councils, and key stakeholders




Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants
Oversee timelines, budgets, and project outcomes
Provide technical input where required (without being design-heavy)
About You5–8 years' experiencein civil engineering (land development essential)
Background incivil design(Civil 12D or similar)
Keen to step into or grow within aproject management role
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Values asupportive culture, flexibility, and long-term growth
Salary & Benefits$100k – $120k base + super(depending on experience)
