We're looking for a creative and passionate Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to showcase our venue through engaging social media, photography, video content, and digital marketing.

About the Role
This is a hands-on creative role where you'll capture beautiful wedding moments and transform them into engaging digital content.
Working closely with our Wedding Team, you'll help showcase our venue through social media, photography, video content and digital marketing, inspiring future couples throughout their wedding planning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.
Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content from real weddings, venue tours and styled shoots.
Plan, schedule and publish social media content.
Create Reels and other engaging digital content.
Design marketing materials and social media graphics using Canva.
Create and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.
Maintain and update our website and Google Business Profile with fresh content.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers,



florists and other wedding vendors to create promotional content.
Monitor social media and website performance, providing ideas to continually improve engagement and reach.
Stay up to date with social media and digital marketing trends.
Assist with Google Ads and other digital marketing initiatives, with the opportunity to take ownership of future campaigns as the role develops.
Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in social media marketing or a related creative role
Proficient in Canva/Photoshop, with a good eye for layout and design
Confident in video shooting and editing (mobile or camera)
Experience managing email marketing platforms
Strong communication, time management, and organisation skills
Ability to balance multiple brands and projects at once
Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or digital campaign optimisation
Passion for creativity, storytelling, and the tourism/wedding industry
