The property now offers192 contemporary apartments across two buildings, located directly opposite each other, with our brand-new five-storey building opening inAugust ****.
With this exciting growth, we are looking for acommitted, enthusiastic and guest-focused Guest Service Agentto join our friendlyFront Office team on a Full Time basis.
The Role
The key responsibilities include:
Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner,
Check-in and check-out of guests,
Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations,
Assisting in-house guests,
Finalising guest accounts,
Potential applicants must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays (as required).
Reception operating hours are 07:*******:00 (7 days).
The shifts for this role will primarily be in the afternoon/evening from midday
Ability to do occasional after hours on-call
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
A passion for providing friendly personalised service,




Reliable and able to work a flexible fortnightly roster at both properties,
The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close knit team,
Excellent grooming and presentation,
High attention to detail,
Personable and bright face to face and phone manner,
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills,
Previous experience with Windows systems and/or Front Office reservation programs (this would be advantageous),
Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.
