As an Educator you will:
Lead, inspire, and support curious young minds in a safe, play-based learning environment.
Design and deliver engaging,



child-led, play-based curriculum
Oversee individual learning milestones and tailor educational programs to each child's unique needs.
Bring strong Team work and workplace culture is important to us, contributing to leadership, mentoring & suggestions to a dedicated team of educators
Deliver best practice in early learning while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, team, and the community
What We're Looking For:
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience as an Educator (highly regarded)
Qualifications:Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
Certifications:Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
Compliance:Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Knowledge:Robust understanding of early childhood frameworks and practices
Skills:Excellent communication, time management, leadership, and organisational skills
Passion:A genuine desire to create positive outcomes for children
