About Us: Applus+ NRAY is a leading provider of neutron radiography services.
Our non-destructive testing examinations are fit to meet the challenging demands of a wide range of international and global clients from aerospace, defence, space, manufacturing, and research & development.
The Accountant reports to the CFO - North America and the General Manager.
General accounting, full-cycle bookkeeping, and month-end closing
Accounts payable and receivable management, including supplier credit applications and collections
Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal advising
Account reconciliations (banks, credit cards, petty cash, etc.)
Cash flow and capital planning/reporting
Management of intercompany loans and transactions
Tax compliance (income tax installments, GST, NR4, T4, PIERS)
Maintain government remissions and compliance with accounting legislation
Support for corporate audits and preparation of year-end financial statements
Ensuring and improving internal controls and data integrity
Document retention and compliance




Interfacing with shared services and corporate accounting
Process improvements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration with an accounting specialization, or equivalent
3+ years full-cycle accounting
SAP
Excel (intermediate/advanced)
CPA candidacy/designation (asset)
